The voice of the cello of Julie Sévilla Fraysse represents like none other, the
classical excellence as well as the French elegance and modernity. Blend of
a genuine, humble and sophisticated musical approach, Julie touches her
audience through a unique energy, enhancing the vision and opening minds into the classical music global scope.

.A graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris and
the Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth, she is also a laureate of the Fondation d’Entreprise Banque Populaire.

After shining with the Orchestre de la Garde Républicaine and the Opéra de
Paris, Julie now devotes herself to her solo career, performing regularly in
prestigious venues in France and abroad, from the United States to Europe.
She has already played major concertos from the repertoire with orchestras
and also tours with a solo cello program featuring Bach and folk music.
Driven by a passion for chamber music, Julie has shared the stage with
renowned artists. In sonata formation, she regularly collaborates with pianist
Abdel Rahman El Bacha and with Anastasia Calmus in a "French Touch"
poetry and music program. She frequently performs alongside harpist Anja
Linder and violinist Laurent Korcia, presenting a program dedicated to Franz
Schubert, as well as in contemporary music with Yvan Cassar, in a duo with
hip hop dancer Yann Antonio, and with star dancer Hugo Marchand with his association Pour la Danse.

Julie shares her expertise in Master Classes in Malaysia at the Rhapsody
Music Festival, in the United States at the Rhode Island Philharmonic Music
School, and in Mexico with the OSUAEH musicians. She was the jury
president for strings at the National Music Competition of Morocco in 2023
and will teach at the Ecole Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot starting in 2024.

Convinced of the soothing power of music, Julie also trains in music
mediation and engages in social activities, offering comforting concerts in
Parisian hospitals and for disabled children. She also serves as Artistic
Director of CoCreate Humanity, a humanitarian peer community.
